Zac & George Store Terms of Service

Welcome to the Zac & George store. These terms apply to purchases from store.zacandgeorge.com and should be read alongside our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.

Who we are

This is the official store of Zac and George, ABN 45 700 994 040.

The store is managed by TOBE ARTISTS.

Orders and payment

Please check your items, sizes, email address and delivery details before ordering. You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Any shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

If we discover a pricing error or cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute a product without your agreement. If an item cannot be supplied, we will refund the amount paid for it and any shipping charges that no longer apply.

CD and vinyl preorders

Items marked as preorder or backorder are paid for when you place your order and dispatched when stock becomes available.

Call It A Day CDs and vinyl are currently expected to dispatch in the first week of November 2026. This is an estimated dispatch period, not an arrival date. We will contact affected customers if that timing changes materially.

If you order in-stock merchandise together with a physical preorder, we will hold the physical items and send them together when the preorder is ready.

You may cancel a physical preorder before dispatch by emailing info@tobeartists.com with your order number. We will refund the cancelled items and any shipping charges that no longer apply.

Digital albums

Digital albums are delivered by email through Single to the email address supplied at checkout. Released albums are available after successful payment. Any future release timing will be stated on the product page.

Digital delivery is separate from physical shipping. A physical preorder in the same order will not delay delivery of an available digital album, and digital-only orders have no shipping charge.

You will need a compatible device and internet access to download and play the files. If your delivery email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us for help.

Digital purchases are for personal, non-commercial use. Purchasing an album does not transfer copyright or permission to resell, redistribute or publicly upload the recordings, except where permitted by law.

Shipping

We currently ship physical orders within Australia only, from Rockhampton, Queensland.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and the product page for dispatch information.

Contact us as soon as possible if your delivery address needs correcting. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can help investigate and resolve the issue.

Returns and consumer rights

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including choosing the wrong size. Physical preorders may be cancelled before dispatch as described above.

This does not limit your rights if goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to meet Australian Consumer Law requirements. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy for how to contact us about a problem.

Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This explains how information is used to process orders, arrange delivery and provide customer support.

Using this website

Please do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.

The music, artwork, photographs, logos and other content displayed on this website belong to their respective rights holders. Buying a product does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use that content, except where permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version available when you place your order will apply to that purchase. Updates will not retrospectively reduce your rights for an existing order.
