Change of mind

Please choose carefully. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including choosing the wrong size. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Physical preorder cancellations

You may cancel a CD or vinyl preorder before it has been dispatched. Email info@tobeartists.com with your order number to request cancellation and a refund for the cancelled preorder.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something is wrong with your order, email info@tobeartists.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us resolve it. Contact us before posting an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Your purchases are covered by Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those rights.

Digital downloads

If your download email has not arrived or you have trouble accessing your album, check your spam folder and contact info@tobeartists.com. We’ll help you access your purchase. Your consumer rights also apply to digital purchases.
